Established in 1955 in Bandar Lampung, Sumatera Selatan, PT Putrabali Adyamulia began its journey as “Toko Bali,” a local buyer and seller of various commodities, including coffee beans, black pepper, corn, soybeans, and dried cassava. Over the years, our humble family-owned enterprise evolved into a legally recognized private limited company named CV Putra Bali in 1967, with an initial capital of USD 1,000,000. It was in 1975 that we embarked on our export journey, collaborating with independent exporters to reach international markets.
Recognizing the importance of fostering relationships with foreign traders and importers, our company relocated its headquarters to Jakarta, serving as the marketing hub while maintaining processing plants and warehouses in Bandar Lampung and Pangkal Pinang. By 1982, we obtained official recognition as an exporter of coffee and black pepper, establishing direct connections with global markets and witnessing exponential growth in sales volume and value.
In 1984, PT Putrabali Adyamulia set up its own premises in Jakarta, and in 1990, it transitioned into a publicly listed limited company with a registered capital of USD 15,000,000. As our business flourished, necessitating robust management, we moved to a larger office space in Jakarta’s Wisma Eka Jiwa in February 1997.
